Our team is made up of highly experienced special educational needs co-ordinators (SENDCos), who understand the pressures and challenges faced in a school setting. We provide tailored short- and long-term SEND packages to early years, primary, secondary and alternate provision.
This includes advice and support on policy and provision, monitoring systems, analysis and interventions, and reviews and audits. We run SEND surgeries for staff, individuals, and teams, conduct data deep dives, and review the SEND offer and supervision.
We can help monitor and evaluate the quality of education, health and care plan (EHCP) provision and related outcomes and provide admin support for education, health and care needs
assessment (ECHNA) paperwork and annual (including emergency) reviews.
