Careers Leadership and Support
Careers education across the Trust is overseen by our academy Head Teachers. The Trust Careers Lead is Jasmine Steadman, she supports the Head Teachers by providing strategic leadership, training and external partnerships.
Day-to-day careers guidance and support for students is delivered within each school by Head Teachers who ensure provision meets the needs of pupils locally.
This model ensures a consistent, high-quality careers programme across the Trust, while allowing schools to tailor their careers activities, guidance and employer engagement to their individual context.
Measuring impact
Raedwald uses the Careers Impact Maturity Model to assess the quality of the career’s provision and identify areas of improvement.
