data-contrast=\"auto\">The intention is that pupils will be supported\u00a0to access their mainstream school for up to 12 weeks, with up to 10 hours of agreed bespoke support each week.\u00a0However, this may vary dependant on the pupil and ongoing assessment of their progress on the pathway.\u00a0Raedwald\u00a0Trust staff will help the pupil to access their mainstream school through a variety of In some\u00a0cases,\u00a0our own\u00a0Assessment\u00a0Centre\u00a0may\u00a0identify\u00a0areas of need that could be supported and delivered as\u00a0an\u00a0intervention\u00a0during the placement. In this case, this would be offered as part of the bespoke package\u00a0in accordance with\u00a0the\u00a0home-school\u00a0SENCo.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">If there are times\u00a0when\u00a0a pupil is unable to access the home-school curriculum offer,\u00a0Raedwald\u00a0staff will\u00a0facilitate\u00a0learning via:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The\u00a0Raedwald\u00a0Trust Readers for Life curriculum\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">PE Health and Well-being curriculum<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Life Essentials curriculum<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Assessment<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">During the induction, both push and pull factors\u00a0are\u00a0identified\u00a0for the\u00a0students. A\u00a0baseline\u00a0is\u00a0created\u00a0using\u00a0the anxiety toolkit,\u00a0which is re-visited across placement and progress shared with both the home-school and parents\/carers.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">If\/when the\u00a0Assessment\u00a0Centre\u00a0identifies\u00a0significant gaps, this\u00a0will\u00a0be\u00a0fed\u00a0back to the\u00a0home-school\u00a0SENCo who may direct\u00a0intervention to be delivered by\u00a0Raedwald\u00a0staff\u00a0as part of the pathway offer.\u00a0\u00a0These\u00a0identified\u00a0interventions will be assessed according to the APDR cycle, directed by the\u00a0home-school\u00a0and\u00a0in some cases\u00a0facilitated\u00a0by\u00a0Raedwald\u00a0Trust staff\u00a0and\u00a0shared with the parents\/carers.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;361&#8243;
